This weekend was all about cherries. Dave and Tammy helped me pick them. I bottled my pinot noir wine after sweetening it, with help from Mark- tasting it. so I could start some cherry wine. I also made cherry jelly.I forget how much stirring and waiting it takes to make the juice for both wine and jelly.The jelly did work= no syrup this time.The chock cherries are almost ripe so I’ll be repeating the whole process in 2 weeks.I love the results so I guess the work is worth it.
